Ermine trace Osborn. The prefix entire, and it spans three breeds. Seventy-one animals: British shorthair, British longhair and scottish fold, one cattery. The scottish fold cats are the point: Ermine Trace Felicita Fantina, Henrietta, Jonathan, Osborn, Queen Qona, Quesadilla, Yashma, Zima and Zarya carry SFS or SFL codes, and Azia Ermine trace, BLH ns 12 33 68, and Unreal Zouwu Ermine trace, BLH ny 11 68, carry the dominant eye code into the British longhair. A dominant blue eye variant established in one breed reaches another by exactly this route, inside one cattery and without any outcross being recorded as such. The whole prefix is entered, not only the coded cats, so that the coded animals have a denominator | settled on 14 SEPTEMBER 2026, he is a straight eared male, and what follows is what stood before that. The two documents disagreed on this cat's sex and on its breed code. This register holds Ermine Trace Osborn as SFS ny 12 33 71, female. The Woollyrays Iya stud book sheet gives ch Ermine trace Osborn, scs ny 12 33, in the sire position above Daria Ermine Trace. SFS is a fold and SCS is a straight, and the sheet also drops the 71. Both readings were recorded and neither preferred until the ruling below. S_SCOTTISH_243 | the sex is settled and he is male. A breeder post of 12 September 2021 announces a kitten and writes 'F: Ch. Osborn Ermine Trace', F being the father. That is the second source to place him as a sire, the first being the WoollyRays Iya stud book sheet, which puts him in the sire position above Daria Ermine Trace. The Pawpeds cattery listing, which gives him as female, is the outlier and is not taken. That listing carries no parents and no pedigree for any of its seventy-one animals. The breed code is not settled and three documents give three readings: sfs on the PawPeds listing, SCS on the stud book sheet and SFT in the post. SFS is a Scottish Fold and SCS a Scottish Straight, and a cat is one or the other. The code remains open. S_OSBORN_258 | the breed code is now settled and he is straight eared. Sft denotes a scottish fold straight, a straight-eared cat out of fold breeding, and it is sometimes filed under sfs, which is how the PawPeds cattery listing came to carry him as a fold. The post and the stud book sheet therefore agree: sft and SCS are both straight. The listing is the outlier on the ear as it was on the sex. He is a scottish straight male and the record is corrected. The mating that produced Wendy was fold to straight, which is what the breed's rules require, and the fold-to-fold reading is withdrawn. S_OSBORN_258
Ermine trace Quesadilla. The prefix entire, and it spans three breeds. Seventy-one animals: British shorthair, British longhair and scottish fold, one cattery. This directory is a working aid compiled from published charts, registry documents and breeder statements. It is not a register and it has no standing of any kind. The grade attaches to the animal, not to the line: a cat whose ancestor was genotyped is line-traced, not genotyped.
