This cat is blue-eyed in both eyes and is not dominant white and not colourpointed, but its white code is van or harlequin. Very high white can produce bilateral blue on its own, which a traditional bicolour cannot, so the coat is NOT excluded here and this cat is not counted in the diagnostic. The distinction matters most at the founders: it is where this register would otherwise overclaim.
