How this cat is connected to the trait

No recorded parent link joins this cat to a founder or to a tested animal. What the record rests on instead is the line recorded on it, Nadeya, which is a source's attribution and not a descent this register can walk.

What the pedigree implies

On the path above an obligate pair. Above Ermine Trace Nadeya

This is computed from the recorded parentage each time this site is built and is not typed into the register. It is a deduction from the trait being dominant, not a statement by any source, and it is not the same thing as the record's own status field. Only a laboratory settles it for an individual. The full list is on latent lines.

What is flagged on this tree

  1. Gic Andy vom Wahrberg. Not the point of entry. Eliminated on the compiler's own breeding experience of this line, not on a laboratory result

A flag is not an error. It marks a place where two sources say different things, or where an attribution cannot be made on the evidence held.

The description held
He is the most repeated animal in Paula Emerald flower's recorded ancestry. He stands twice on the Queenie Peppercats sheet, as the sire of Golden-Hironimus vom Goldenen Winkel and of Silver-Nadine von Wahrberg, who were then bred together; and twice on the Rosewood vum Rosegaard sheet, as the sire of Golden-Willow von Wahrberg and of Tjarden von Felden, whose descents meet again below. Four appearances in four branches, on two sheets that reach Paula by different routes, and he carries no eye code. His sire is a colourpoint, ec Maurice vom Wahrberg BSH ny 11 33, so a blue eye anywhere near him would have had an ordinary explanation and would have gone unrecorded. If one animal in this ancestry is worth looking for photographs and offspring of, it is him. No variant is adopted for him and none is implied S_ABOVE_180 eliminated as the point of entry by the compiler, 29 AUGUST 2026, and the ground is sounder than the one that put him forward. He was named here as the prime candidate because he is the most repeated animal in this ancestry, standing eleven times across seven supplied pedigrees. The compiler breeds cats of this line and the trait does not appear in them. A dominant allele cannot hide in a line somebody is actually breeding: it goes to half the offspring and it shows, so a line bred out over several generations with no blue eye appearing is evidence of absence in a way that a missing eye code never is. No test has been run on him and none is claimed. S_WAHRBERG_182

Source

the PawPeds pedigree for Queenie Peppercats, BSH ny 11, supplied 29 August 2026. Four complete generations, thirty ancestors of thirty possible, twenty-seven unique. Not one animal on it carries an eye code

This directory is a working aid compiled from published charts, registry documents and breeder statements. It is not a register and it has no standing of any kind. The grade attaches to the animal, not to the line: a cat whose ancestor was genotyped is line-traced, not genotyped.
