A cat holding two is a compound heterozygote, which this survey records as the state associated with deaf and dead kittens, and nothing but a test distinguishes one from two.
Computed from the recorded parentage at every build, counting both the variants this survey adopts and the ones it records a source claiming and does not adopt. It is an upper bound and not a finding: it says what could be here, never what is.
What the pedigree implies
Possible carrier by descent. the Igor line, PAX3, allele not published, through Abigal Golden Line, Afina Zolotoi Zamok, Amore Mio vom Grutholz; the Nadeya line, DBE-NAD, though no traced descent from the genotyped founder reaches this cat, through EC Asterix of Sarsen Stones, EC Quandili Quicks De Tuatha De Danann, GIC Silver-Gary V Quintana
This is computed from the recorded parentage each time this site is built and is not typed into the register. It is a deduction from the trait being dominant, not a statement by any source, and it is not the same thing as the record's own status field. Only a laboratory settles it for an individual. The full list is on latent lines.
What is flagged on this tree
Kittystar Garey. Eye and coat, a determination and not a query. This cat is blue-eyed in both eyes, carries a bicolour or locket white code, is not dominant white and is not colourpointed. The classic white spotting gene covers an eye where the white happens to fall, which gives an odd eye and not two blue ones, so the coat does not account for this and a dominant blue eye is present in the line. It is not the KIT odd-eye case. Its registry has entered no dominant eye code on it. Which variant is not deducible from a coat code and none is adopted.
Kittystar Rafaella. Line reconciled 31 AUGUST 2026, FROM 'Azul and Igor (C15)' TO 'Pedigree ancestry, not a DBE line'. This record was pulled in as an ancestor off a Pawpeds sheet: it carries no eye code of any kind and its status is unknown. Filing it to a DBE line counted an ordinary ancestor as part of the line, which inflates the line and says something about the animal that no source says. S_LINE_RECON
Kittystar Kyzya. Line reconciled 31 AUGUST 2026, FROM 'Azul and Igor (C15)' TO 'Igor'. The old value was a chart name that put two founders in one string, so descent could not be measured against either. This cat's parentage reaches Igor and the register can show it. Nothing about the animal changed; the label stopped hiding what was already recorded. S_LINE_RECON

This record was pulled in as an ancestor off a Pawpeds sheet: it carries no eye code of any kind and its status is unknown. Christian Solomiya. Line attribution disputed by the breeder, descent documented. Five parent links join him to Igor and no variant is held for him or for any animal above him. The register records the descent, records the dispute, and adopts no variant. S_DISPUTE_192
Christian Solomiya.
Christian Solomiya. Code disagreement, on a white figure, between two sources from the same cattery. The register held him BSH ny 11 61. The cattery's post of 23 July 2024 writes him ny 11 08 61 and adds that he carries chocolate. AN 08 on the sire matters beyond his own record: a white figure is an ordinary route to a blue eye, and he is the sire of the 61 kittens this cattery posts. Neither reading is corrected to the other and no photograph has been read for him. S_WZS_CODE
Christian Solomiya. Eye and coat, the strongest exclusion this register can make from a code. This cat is blue-eyed in both eyes and its recorded coat carries no white spotting code at all, is not dominant white and is not colourpointed. Nothing in the coat can pale an iris. A dominant blue eye is present and it is not the KIT odd-eye case and not the white-cat case. Its registry has entered no dominant eye code on it. Which variant is not deducible from a coat code and none is adopted: a genotype or a trace to a named founder would name it.
Irwin vom Wuerzburgerstern, also Spelled Irven by the same source. White in question, and the EMS code is the one source that says there is none. Where a registry code and a photograph disagree this register records both and reads the animal as evidence neither way, which is the same rule it applies where a pointing code and a dominant blue eye code stand on one cat. A white code, or a clear photograph of the chest and feet, would settle it
Odarka Noble Teddy house, given on the pedigree as Noble Teddy house x*ODARKA.
A flag is not an error. It marks a place where two sources say different things, or where an attribution cannot be made on the evidence held.

The description held
The first recorded offspring of Irven vom Wuerzburgerstern in this register. Her code is black golden shell with blue eyes and 09 white spotting, and the registry writes it out in words as 'blue eyes w/white'. The white is an available explanation for her eye and she is not entered as showing the trait. That is the contrast with her half-cousin Rosy and it is why both are worth keeping: two kittens of one cattery, one generation apart, one with a blue eye the white accounts for and one with an odd eye nothing accounts for. Her parents are related: Lemurcat Marquis is her dam's sire and also the sire of her sire's great-granddam, so this mating is not an outcross. No animal in her pedigree has been genotyped S_WCF_172 litter o is split on white and it is the second such litter in this cattery. Born 11 March 2025 out of Irwin vom Wuerzburgerstern over Holly Noble Teddy House. Odarka is BRI ny 09 12 61, blue-eyed with 09 white spotting; her sister is BRI ny 11 61, blue-eyed with no white figure of any kind. Their sire carries no white figure and neither does their dam. The other litter, Rosy and Roxy out of Goodwin Daviway over Jasmine, divides the same way. Two litters, two different sires, one cattery, one split. Where a golden shell coat puts pale fur on the chest and feet of every kitten, whether an 09 reaches the code appears to depend on who filled the form, which makes this a fact about the recording at least as much as about the cats. This directory is a working aid compiled from published charts, registry documents and breeder statements. It is not a register and it has no standing of any kind. The grade attaches to the animal, not to the line: a cat whose ancestor was genotyped is line-traced, not genotyped.
