Meowrigi Irisa
prefix Meowrigi · British Shorthair · line: Malvina / Barnaul · both eyes blue · Published line, tested against the known variants and carrying none
Under the variant field this directory proposes, this cat would read DBE 161 x5p. A carrier of a variant nobody has sequenced, on a line this proposal gives a suffix to. The proposal is set out in full here, and no registry issues this field today: it is computed from the record at each build and is not part of any registration.
How this cat is connected to the trait
NO RECORDED PARENT LINK JOINS THIS CAT TO A FOUNDER OR TO A TESTED ANIMAL. What the record rests on instead is the line recorded on it, Malvina / Barnaul, which is a source's attribution and not a descent this register can walk.

What is flagged on this tree
MEOWRIGI CINCINELLA. Eye and coat, A DETERMINATION AND NOT A QUERY. This cat is blue-eyed in both eyes, carries a bicolour or locket white code, is not dominant white and is not colourpointed. THE CLASSIC WHITE SPOTTING GENE COVERS AN EYE WHERE THE WHITE HAPPENS TO FALL, WHICH GIVES AN ODD EYE AND NOT TWO BLUE ONES, so the coat does not account for this and a dominant blue eye is present in the line. IT IS NOT THE KIT ODD-EYE CASE. Its registry has entered no dominant eye code on it. WHICH VARIANT IS NOT DEDUCIBLE FROM A COAT CODE and none is adopted.
A flag is not an error. It marks a place where two sources say different things, or where an attribution cannot be made on the evidence held.

EMS code
BSH ns 09 68
The code read out
British Shorthair; black silver; unspecified amount of white; dominant blue eyes, written in the 68 series
The description held
coded 68 in the PawPeds dominant blue eye listing, ns 09, black silver with white. THE TWO SOURCES DISAGREE ON THE BREED: the PawPeds listing places her among the British Shorthairs and codes her BSH; genealogy C16 and the breeder note both call her a Scottish Shorthair. The registry code governs the breed field here and both readings are recorded. HER EYE DOES NOT FOLLOW HER COAT: the note states that cats of this lineage show blue eyes regardless of coat colour or pattern, which is what separates this line from a pointed breed whose blue eye is explained by its pointing

Source
the PawPeds dominant blue eye database, British Shorthair listing read 17 August 2026, which gives her coded 68 with no pedigree, parents or variant; genealogy C16, the Meowrigi cattery chart, which supplies the parents the listing does not; and A breeder note on MEOWRIGI IRISA supplied 27 August 2026, giving her as F, BSH ns 09 68, a dominant blue eye SCOTTISH SHORTHAIR, littermate to MEOWRIGI IDRIS and ICE PEAK, and stating that cats of this lineage carry the Malvina and Barnaul gene and are bred to show blue eyes REGARDLESS OF COAT COLOUR OR PATTERN. The chart spells the destination cattery Schastie Doma and this register holds it as Schasti Doma
This directory is a working aid compiled from published charts, registry documents and breeder statements. It is not a register and it has no standing of any kind. The grade attaches to the animal, not to the line: a cat whose ancestor was genotyped is line-traced, not genotyped.
